It’s the year 2505, humans have left earth and now live on a giant spaceship. Humans have become successful explorers of the solar system, reaching new planets and stars, but at a cost: important information about health and diet was left on earth (no one thought it was that important when planning big space missions), and therefore poor health is a big problem amongst humans. Archived internet records can’t help; there’s too much information, and it’s difficult to tell what is real science-based and what is fake advice.

You are a team of space archaeologists and have retrieved vital information using a time portal from a University on Earth timestamped 2020. This information highlights the science and recommendations about healthy, balanced diets. This information will help the adults stay healthy, and kids in your time grow stronger, smarter, and more active.
